Sophie Karssiens, Certified Healer
Hi, I’m Sophie, a mother of 4 grownups, of whom 3 with Halbert, my wonderful spouse, who also has his profile here. We live on the beautiful island of Vätö in the Swedish archipelago North of Stockholm on a 60 hectares regenerative farm, where I have spent weekends and summers since I was 4 years old. I moved here in 2003 after inheriting it from my extra grand pa, the boyfriend of my grandmother.
Beyond the ordinary
When I was 6 years old, I was already making a good income for my mother as a fashion model. She died tragically in a car accident when I was 7 years old and I grew up with my father and 6 years older brother. This event remained undigested at the time, since my father was unable to deal with it and I felt I needed to stay strong for him.
Two other dramatic experiences have left deep impressions and trauma. One was when I realized in the womb of my mother that she could not really help me. The other was an out-of-body experience that I had during my studies, when my spirit was floating freely. And the days after when I experienced exactly the emotional state of any other person and colors took on a mysterious hue, like in paradise.
Beyond the ordinary
During my student years in theater and film at Stockholm University, I was deeply searching for life’s meaning and truth. How do you live in this society and be happy? The resolution of my trauma and deep spiritual experiences began with intensive studies in stress release therapy, lots of spiritual courses and Bach Flower drops, and deepened to full resolution with my initiation and practice in the Art of True Light since 2002.
In 2013-2018 I created “The Harmony Office”together with other therapists, giving stress release therapy and helping people resolve their trauma as I had done. In 2018 my wish to meet a partner to share my life dedicated to service in the practice of the Art of Divine Light got fulfilled when Halbert, also a dedicated practitioner, moved in with me in Sweden. We’ve had a dynamic and happy marriage, recently celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary ♥️💯♥️☀️
Beyond the ordinary
Remote Healing was not new to me, but the methodology that we now practice is very clear and powerful. I’ve had wonderful new experiences, both as a healer and receiving healings, and our life has taken a whole new course. From swimming infinitely, to arriving at an island where massages are given and cocktails served! I am honored to help you on this course with deeply lived experiences and accomplishments ♥️💯♥️☀️
