As a customer or potential customer, you must understand that if you have a serious physical, emotional or behavioral health condition, the Practitioners suggest seeking primary assistance from a licensed professional health care provider such as a medical physician, psychotherapist, chiropractor, or other medical or health care professional.

If you or the customer has or has not been referred to one of us, Practitioners, by a licensed health care provider, you or the customer must realize that any licensed health care provider they have engaged, are the only legal entities legally and clinically accountable for the health and welfare of the customer. Practitioners do not take any legal or clinical responsibility for the health or welfare of the customer.

No third party, including apprentices, assistants or members of the customer’s family may be present during the course of a session with an adult customer without the express consent of the customer and the Practitioner involved.

Any Spiritual, energetic or prayer work done with anyone under the age of 18 will only be done with the approval of the parent or legal guardian.

You or the customer agrees to not hold a Practitioner legally or clinically responsible for any aspect of their physical or behavioral health or care thereof.
