I’m Isabel, 34 years old, mother of a two-year-old daughter, and I live with my family and our dog in a small home filled with light and life.

My journey began early – at the age of eight, I became aware of how deeply family patterns shape us and how strongly they influence our actions.

Later, after graduating from high school in Sweden, I fell seriously ill with an autoimmune disease that pushed me to my physical and mental limits.
Doctors couldn’t find a clear cause, so I began to walk my own path of healing.
Through Ayurveda, yoga, Pilates, Dharma coaching, and energy work, I learned to trust my body and my inner compass again.
Beyond the ordinary
2023 marked a turning point for me: I stopped chasing shadows and began to consciously invite light into my life.
Today, I guide people on their journey back to themselves – toward greater awareness, inner strength, and a life in alignment with body, mind, and soul.
